Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can set up basic audio and visual equipment under supervision.
2. Understands fundamental functions of microphones, projectors, and speakers.
3. Able to perform simple troubleshooting such as checking connections.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can independently set up and configure various AV equipment for meetings or presentations.
2. Troubleshoots common technical issues efficiently.
3. Understands and operates different AV software and hardware interfaces.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Designs and implements complex AV systems for large-scale events.
2. Diagnoses and resolves advanced technical issues rapidly.
3. Provides training and technical guidance to others on AV equipment usage.
