Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating, involving chest compressions and rescue breaths to restore blood circulation and oxygen flow to the brain and vital organs.

Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the purpose and basic steps of CPR.
2. Can recognize signs of cardiac arrest.
3. Knows how to call for emergency medical help.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively on adult victims.
2. Follows correct compression depth and rate guidelines.
3. Maintains CPR until professional help arrives.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Performs CPR on various age groups including infants and children with appropriate techniques.
2. Utilizes advanced airway management and integrates use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
3. Trains and guides others in CPR procedures confidently and effectively.
