The ability to write, understand, and debug computer programs using programming languages to create functional software applications.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands fundamental programming concepts such as variables, loops, and conditionals.
2. Can write simple programs using basic syntax.
3. Able to debug straightforward errors with guidance.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can develop moderately complex programs and use functions or methods effectively.
2. Able to debug and optimize code independently.
3. Understands and applies basic data structures such as arrays and lists.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Designs and implements complex software systems using advanced programming paradigms.
2. Writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
3. Can troubleshoot, refactor, and optimize large codebases and collaborate effectively in development teams.
