The ability to effectively use computer systems and software to perform tasks, solve problems, and manage information.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can operate basic computer functions such as using a keyboard, mouse, and file management.
2. Understands and uses common software like word processors and web browsers.
3. Can perform simple tasks such as sending emails and saving files.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can troubleshoot common computer issues and perform basic maintenance.
2. Uses productivity software suites efficiently (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
3. Understands and applies basic security and data management principles.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Can configure and optimize hardware and software for specific tasks.
2. Develops or customizes software tools to improve workflows.
3. Implements advanced security measures and data backup strategies.
