The ability to provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to executives, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within an organization.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
2. Understands confidentiality and maintains discretion with sensitive information.
3. Assists in organizing meetings and basic document preparation.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Efficiently manages executive calendars and coordinates complex schedules.
2. Prepares detailed reports and presentations to support executive decisions.
3. Acts as liaison between executives and other departments, facilitating communication.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Proactively anticipates executive needs and manages priorities accordingly.
2. Coordinates high-level projects and confidential initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
