Basic

3. Can collect and document failure data accurately.

Intermediate
1. Can perform root cause analysis using standard tools like fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys.
2. Able to interpret test results and failure evidence.
3. Can recommend corrective actions based on analysis findings.

1. Proficient in advanced failure analysis techniques including microscopy and material characterization.
