Fault Finding (การค้นหาข้อผิดพลาด) Soft Skill
The skill of systematically diagnosing and identifying faults or malfunctions in systems, equipment, or processes to facilitate efficient repairs and maintenance.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can identify obvious faults using basic tools or visual inspection.
2. Understands simple fault indicators and symptoms.
3. Follows standard procedures to report faults.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Able to diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting methods.
2. Interprets error codes or complex fault indicators accurately.
3. Can isolate problems within a system or process.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Can perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes of complex faults.
2. Designs and implements fault-finding strategies for new or unfamiliar systems.
3. Develops preventive measures to reduce recurrence of faults.
