Definition
Flight Mechanics (กลไกการบิน) Hard Skill
Flight Mechanics is the study and application of the forces and motions that affect aircraft during flight, including aerodynamics, stability, control, and performance.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the fundamental forces acting on an aircraft (lift, weight, thrust, drag).
2. Recognizes basic flight maneuvers and control surfaces.
3. Familiar with basic terminology in flight mechanics.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Analyzes aircraft stability and control in different flight conditions.
2. Applies principles of aerodynamics to predict performance outcomes.
3. Interprets aircraft performance charts and data.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Designs and optimizes flight control systems for stability and maneuverability.
2. Conducts advanced simulations of aerodynamic forces and flight dynamics.
3. Identifies and solves complex issues in aircraft flight mechanics and performance.
