The skill of developing the user interface and user experience of websites or applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and functional designs.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can write simple HTML and CSS to create basic webpage layouts.
2. Understands basic concepts of responsive design.
3. Able to use simple JavaScript for basic interactivity.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can develop multi-page responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Utilizes frameworks or libraries such as Bootstrap or jQuery effectively.
