Hazard Identification (การระบุอันตราย) Soft Skill
The skill of recognizing and detecting potential sources of harm or risk in the workplace or environment to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can recognize common hazards in the immediate work area.
2. Understands basic safety signs and warnings.
3. Able to report obvious risks to supervisors.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can systematically inspect work processes to identify less obvious hazards.
2. Applies knowledge of workplace standards to assess risk levels.
3. Participates in hazard assessment and develops mitigation suggestions.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Leads comprehensive hazard identification across multiple work zones or projects.
2. Integrates advanced risk analysis techniques and tools.
3. Develops and implements proactive strategies to eliminate or control hazards.
