Level 1
Basic
1. Understands fundamental concepts of information security such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
2. Follows basic security practices like using strong passwords and recognizing phishing attempts.
3. Able to identify common security threats and risks.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Implements security controls like encryption and multi-factor authentication.
2. Monitors and responds to common security incidents.
3. Understands regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to information security.

Advanced
1. Designs and manages comprehensive information security programs and policies.
2. Conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies.
