Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the basic concepts and purpose of ITGC.
2. Can identify common IT general controls such as access controls and change management.
3. Recognizes the importance of ITGC in maintaining system integrity.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can evaluate the effectiveness of various ITGCs within an organization.
2. Understands control frameworks and standards related to ITGC such as COBIT or ISO 27001.
3. Able to assist in ITGC audits and document control processes.

Advanced
1. Designs and implements robust ITGC frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
