Level 1
Basic
1. Can prioritize daily tasks and manage simple schedules.
2. Keeps work area tidy and organized.
3. Understands basic time management principles.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Plans and coordinates multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
2. Uses tools or systems to track progress and manage projects.
3. Adapts plans when priorities shift to maintain productivity.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Designs and implements complex organizational systems for teams or projects.
2. Optimizes resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
3. Leads others in improving organizational processes and workflows.
