Programmable Logic refers to the ability to design, configure, and implement digital circuits using programmable devices such as PLDs, FPGAs, and CPLDs to perform specific logic functions.

Level 1
Basic
1. Understands basic concepts of digital logic and programmable devices.
2. Can create simple logic circuits using basic logic gates.
3. Able to use basic HDL (Hardware Description Language) syntax.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Able to design and implement combinational and sequential logic circuits.
