SOAP (SOAP) Tool
SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) is a protocol used for exchanging structured information in the implementation of web services in computer networks, enabling communication between applications over HTTP or other protocols.

1. Understands the basic concept of SOAP and its role in web services.
2. Can read and interpret simple SOAP messages.
3. Familiar with common SOAP message structure including envelope, header, and body.

Intermediate
1. Can create and send SOAP requests and process SOAP responses.
2. Understands the use of WSDL (Web Services Description Language) in relation to SOAP.
3. Able to implement basic error handling in SOAP messages.
