Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands basic traffic signals and signs.
2. Can assist in directing simple traffic flow under supervision.
3. Familiar with fundamental safety procedures for traffic control.

Intermediate
1. Can independently manage traffic at moderately busy intersections.
2. Able to communicate effectively with drivers and pedestrians to ensure compliance.
