Behavioral interviewing is a technique used to assess a candidate's past experiences and behaviors to predict their future performance in a job role.

Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the purpose and basic concepts of behavioral interviewing.

3. Recognizes common behavioral questions used in interviews.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can effectively structure answers to behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
