Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands fundamental business processes and terminology.
2. Can identify simple inefficiencies in workflows.
3. Follows established procedures for process documentation.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Analyzes existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Applies basic process mapping and analysis tools.
3. Suggests improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Leads complex process improvement initiatives using advanced methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
2. Designs and implements strategic changes that improve overall business performance.
3. Evaluates and measures the impact of improvements for continuous optimization.
