Level 1
Basic
1. Communicates clearly and politely with clients.

Intermediate
1. Builds positive client relationships through regular follow-ups.
2. Manages client expectations by providing accurate updates and solutions.
3. Coordinates between client and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

1. Anticipates client needs and proposes proactive solutions.
2. Handles complex or sensitive client issues with professionalism and tact.
