1. Can perform basic installation of operating systems and common software.
2. Understands fundamental desktop configuration settings.
3. Able to carry out basic troubleshooting for common desktop issues.

Intermediate
1. Able to manage user accounts and permissions effectively.
2. Configures network settings and security features on desktops.
3. Conducts routine maintenance and updates to ensure system stability.

1. Designs and implements desktop deployment strategies and automation.
