Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can recognize basic deviations from standard procedures or measurements.

3. Can report simple deviations to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can analyze deviations to determine their causes and impact on processes.
2. Applies standard methods to monitor and control deviations.

1. Leads root cause analysis for complex deviations and implements strategic corrective actions.
