GxP refers to a collection of quality guidelines and regulations (such as Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, and Good Clinical Practice) that ensure products are consistently produced and controlled to quality standards in regulated industries.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the general concept and purpose of GxP guidelines.
2. Recognizes key GxP terms such as GMP, GLP, and GCP.
3. Familiar with basic regulatory requirements in their field.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Applies GxP principles in daily work processes to ensure compliance.
2. Participates in documentation and record-keeping following GxP standards.
3. Can identify and report non-compliance issues appropriately.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Leads GxP implementation and audit activities to maintain high quality standards.
2. Develops and improves SOPs and quality systems in line with GxP regulations.
3. Trains and mentors others in GxP compliance and best practices.
