Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands fundamental IT concepts and technologies.
2. Can identify basic client IT needs and requirements.
3. Assists in gathering information for IT projects.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Analyzes client business processes to recommend appropriate IT solutions.
2. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and constraints.
3. Supports implementation planning and monitors progress of IT projects.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Develops strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
2. Leads complex consulting engagements and manages client relationships.
3. Evaluates emerging technologies and integrates innovative solutions to drive business transformation.
