Negotiation (การเจรจาต่อรอง) Soft Skill
The process of discussing and reaching mutually beneficial agreements by understanding different perspectives and effectively communicating to resolve conflicts or make decisions.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the basic principles of negotiation.
2. Can communicate needs and listen to others in simple discussions.
3. Recognizes common negotiation settings and objectives.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can identify interests and priorities of all parties involved.
2. Uses effective questioning and active listening to clarify positions.
3. Able to propose compromises and persuade others toward agreement.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Skilled in managing complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
2. Able to create win-win solutions and strategically manage conflicts.
3. Uses advanced tactics to influence, build consensus, and close deals successfully.
