The skill of continuously observing systems, processes, or environments to detect potential issues early and take preventive actions before problems arise.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic

2. Recognizes obvious signs of potential issues.
3. Reports detected irregularities promptly to supervisors.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Independently monitors key indicators and trends.
