Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Can recognize common problems and report them appropriately.
2. Understands basic procedures for logging and tracking problems.
3. Able to follow guidance to apply simple solutions.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Analyzes problems to identify root causes and potential impacts.
2. Coordinates with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions.
