The ability to design, evaluate, and continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands fundamental business processes and workflows.
2. Can identify simple inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
3. Applies basic process documentation techniques.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Analyzes and maps complex processes for improvement opportunities.
2. Implements process changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
3. Uses process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Leads process excellence initiatives with strategic impact.
2. Drives cultural change to embed continuous improvement.
3. Designs and implements advanced process management frameworks across organizations.
