3. Assists in supporting sales activities under supervision.

Intermediate
1. Manages customer interactions through needs assessment and product presentation.
2. Applies effective communication to handle objections and clarify benefits.
3. Tracks sales progress and follows up to move towards closing.

Advanced
1. Designs and optimizes sales strategies based on market analysis.
2. Leads complex negotiations and customizes solutions to client needs.
3. Monitors sales metrics and refines processes for improved performance.
