Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology focused on improving quality by identifying and eliminating defects and variability in processes to achieve near-perfect performance.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands basic concepts and terminology of Six Sigma.
2. Recognizes the importance of quality and process improvement.
3. Can participate in Six Sigma projects under supervision.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Applies Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
2. Analyzes process data to identify defects and variation sources.
3. Leads small projects or supports teams in process improvement initiatives.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Leads complex Six Sigma projects with measurable impact on quality and efficiency.
2. Utilizes advanced statistical analysis and process optimization techniques.
3. Trains and mentors others in Six Sigma methodologies and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
