Soldering (การบัดกรี) Hard Skill
The process of joining two or more metal components together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint to create a strong electrical and mechanical bond.
Expertise Level
Level 1
Basic
1. Understands the basic principles and safety precautions of soldering.
2. Can perform simple soldering tasks on basic electronic components.
3. Able to prepare components and soldering tools correctly.
Level 2
Intermediate
1. Can solder a variety of electronic components with consistent quality.
2. Able to diagnose common soldering issues such as cold joints and bridging.
3. Understands different types of solder and flux suitable for various tasks.
Level 3
Advanced
1. Can execute precise and complex soldering work on advanced circuits and delicate components.
2. Able to repair and rework soldered joints under challenging conditions.
3. Implements advanced techniques like surface mount device (SMD) soldering and uses specialized equipment proficiently.
